Solutions / Enterprise Software
Enterprise software that runs the real business.
Custom systems for organisations whose processes don't fit off-the-shelf tools: operations platforms, approval workflows, ERP extensions and the integrations that hold them together.
Sound Familiar?
The problems we're usually called in to solve.
Spreadsheets doing the work of systems
Critical processes live in shared spreadsheets and email threads, with no audit trail and no single source of truth.
Tools that don't talk to each other
ERP, finance, HR and operations systems each hold part of the picture, and staff re-key data between them.
Packaged software that doesn't fit
You're paying for a platform but working around it, because your process is the thing that differentiates you.
No safe way to change
Every change to the current system is slow and risky because nobody fully understands how it works any more.
What We Build
Capabilities we deliver end to end.
Operations & Workflow Platforms
Role-based systems for approvals, case handling, scheduling and field operations, with a full audit trail.
Systems Integration & APIs
Connect ERP, CRM, finance, identity and legacy databases through documented, versioned APIs.
Data & Reporting Platforms
Central data stores, dashboards and scheduled reports that replace manual month-end spreadsheets.
Internal Portals & Self-Service
Employee, partner and supplier portals that take repetitive requests off your operations team.
Security & Compliance by Design
SSO, granular permissions, encryption and logging built in, with PDPO and GDPR in mind from day one.
AI Inside Your Workflows
Document extraction, classification and assistants embedded where they remove real manual effort.
How We Work
One clear path, six stages.
Discover → Define → Design → Build → Launch → Evolve. You see working software every sprint and approve each stage before the next begins.

Technology
Chosen for the job, not the trend.
Engagement
How this usually runs.
Most enterprise work starts as a fixed-scope first release after a paid discovery, then moves to a dedicated team or long-term partnership for rollout and continuous improvement.

Common questions.
Should we build custom software or buy a packaged product?
Buy when a product covers your process with light configuration. Build when the process is what makes you different, or when integration and licensing costs of a packaged product outweigh building. Discovery gives you a written recommendation either way.
Can you work with our existing ERP and internal IT team?
Yes. Most of our enterprise work sits alongside systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or bespoke databases, and we work within your IT, security and change-management processes.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Source code, documentation and infrastructure definitions are delivered into repositories and cloud accounts you control.
How long does a first release take?
A focused first release typically takes 3 to 6 months after discovery, depending on integrations and data migration. We define the scope so something useful reaches users early.
